Fluorescent Opals Serving Board
This serving board is made from epoxy resin and wood, specifically Silky Oak and camphor laurel trees. It is designed to be food safe, with the use of oil and epoxy resin. This board is highly polished up to a grit of 8,000, and then finished with a 3-step M3 polishing compound.
All materials used for this product are Australian made, and every step of production is done by hand in my own garage.
The opals used to create this board are white Australian opals from Cooper Pedy, and come in a variety of unique colors such as red, orange, and electronic blue/green. This board is made from a solid slab of timber, with absolutely no toxic glues, joins, chemicals, or plastics.
Each board has its own distinct color, grain, and character, making it a one-of-a-kind piece.
